Residential Sales Perth

Selling well starts with straight answers

After thirty years and thousands of Perth sales, we've learned what actually moves a result: honest pricing, sharp presentation, marketing that reaches the right buyers, and negotiation with nerve. We'll give you our honest advice on all four, before you've signed anything, and even if you never do.

How selling works
Our Promise to Sellers

Advice first. Always.

Most agents are good at enthusiasm. We'd rather be good at candour. Because you make better decisions with accurate information, and better decisions make better sales.

An honest number, even when it costs us

We won’t quote you a flattering price to win your listing. An overquoted home sits, goes stale, and sells for less. We’d rather lose a listing than lose you money.

Advice before agreements

Ask us anything: when to sell, what to fix, whether to sell at all. The advice is free and yours to keep, whoever you eventually list with.

Marketing that fits the home

Every campaign is built for the property and the buyer it needs to reach. We’ll tell you what’s worth paying for, and what isn’t.

Negotiation that earns its keep

The difference between a good and great result is usually made in the final negotiation. Thirty years of them helps.

How We Work

From first chat to sold

A conversation, not a pitch

We start by understanding your situation and timing. If selling isn’t your best move right now, we’ll say so. Plenty of our sellers first spoke to us a year before they listed.

An evidence-based appraisal

What your home is genuinely worth, shown against real comparable sales around you, not a number engineered to win your signature.

Preparation that pays

We walk the home together and identify the jobs that return more than they cost. Then we help you get them done with trades we trust.

A launch that gets attention

Professional photography, the major portals, our buyer database and weekend home opens, planned around the critical first two weeks on market.

Offers, negotiation, settlement

Every offer presented with our honest read of the buyer’s position. We negotiate hard, keep you informed, and stay across every milestone through to keys.

Ask Us Anything

The questions every seller asks

How much is my home worth?

The honest answer: it depends on what comparable homes near you have actually sold for in recent weeks, not on averages or online estimates. A written appraisal from us is free, backed by real sales evidence, and comes with no obligation to list. See “Appraisals, Explained” for exactly how we build one.

What does it cost to sell with Maxpro?

Our fee is a commission agreed with you upfront, plus the marketing budget you approve, every element itemised before you commit. We’ll show you precisely what each marketing dollar buys and which elements we’d skip for your property.

When is the best time to sell?

Usually: when it suits your life, in the market you can see today. Season matters less than sellers think, and if you’re buying in the same market it largely cancels out. We’ve written our full thinking in “When Is the Best Time to Go to Market?” in our guides.

Should I renovate before selling?

Sometimes, but far less than the renovation shows suggest. Paint, presentation and small repairs almost always pay; kitchens and bathrooms usually don’t return their cost at sale. Ask us to walk through before you spend a dollar.

Do you sell tenanted investment properties?

Yes, regularly. Because we also manage rentals, we know how to run a campaign respectfully around a tenancy, keep the tenant onside, and time settlement to suit everyone.

Start with the number

A free written appraisal, built on real comparable sales, and a frank conversation about whether now is your moment. No pressure, no follow-up campaign, no obligation.
